For the first time since the division of aerobatic flying into Advanced and Unlimited categories, the Czech representation composed of Martin Šonka and our team colleague Lukáš Pařízek achieved a silver medal in the team rankings! This marks the Czech representation’s first significant medal from the European Championship in a staggering 38 years.

Lukáš Pařízek, making his debut, exceeded expectations and took the 12th position in the overall rankings. His freestyle performance amazed not only fans of aerobatic flying, but also general public.

Martin Šonka showcased a stable, precise performance across all 4 disciplines and affirmed his position among the absolute world elite with the 5th place!
